What is Supervised Play?
Supervised Play is playing Bridge under the supervision of an experienced Bridge player, analyzing each deal and learning to play better Bridge.

How is Supervised Play Conducted?
Four Students play a pre-dealt hand and the supervisor observes the play. At the end of the deal, the supervisor analyzes the hand and gives his expert analysis. If there are more than 4 people, then the same pre-dealt hand will be played on both the tables. There will be one supervisor for every two tables. If the numbers of people are not a multiple of four, then participants will be rotated as players and kibitzers.

Who will be Supervisors?
The supervisors will be experienced Bridge players. All Supervisors will be appointed by SBA with permission from Contract Bridge Association.

How long will be the supervised play?
Each session of Supervised Play will involve the time to play 24 boards. It should be completed in approximately
3 hours.

Where and When will the sessions be held?
We have started our first supervised play coaching centre at Indian Gymkhana (Matunga) starting at 2PM
every Sunday. Other centers will be starting shortly.

How much will be the fees?
The fees will be Rs. 100 for non-members of the venue where it is being conducted. It will be Rs. 60 for members.
Fees could vary depending on the non-member fee of the club. Coffee/Tea will be served to all participants.
